General Info
Hollymead House is a Historic 6 bedroom Bed and Breakfast/Inn in Charlottesville, Virginia where casual elegance and luxury abounds! The federal farmhouse has been established as a successful Inn for over 50 years. In 2018 it was purchased by Pam (University of Virginia grad) and her husband William and a 3 year meticulous restoration began. Our guests enjoy a choice of 6 beautiful bedrooms with a private en-suite bath, authentic antiques, premium luxury linens, towels, robes and fresh flowers. We’ve updated to high-speed internet, individual thermostats, fresh paint (everywhere) in 18th century historic colors, and new (but really old) heart pine floors in each Guesthouse room. There is free on-site parking, and miles of beautiful walking trails among nature and lakes. A Continental breakfast is included each morning in our bright and (usually) sunny Garden Room. Relax anytime in our Library, 1813 Sitting Room, 1780 “Hessian” Room or outside on our bench-lined porch, brick patio or on a teak bench placed strategically under the magnificent Magnolia tree. We look forward to meeting you and making your visit with us as pleasant as can be.Hollymead House is a Historic 6 bedroom Bed and Breakfast/Inn in Charlottesville, Virginia where casual elegance and luxury abounds!
