Dr. Collins seemed very robotic and hurried. Did not explain anything about next procedure that I was supposed to have. His staff is wonderful but they are not the ones working on your teeth. Would not reccommend.

Highly recommended! My son had all four of his wisdom teeth out - all impacted - and I was expecting the worse. However, I was amazed at how smoothly everything went. They are extremely well prepared and experienced. I was expecting my son to be in a lot of pain when the pain pills wore off that night, but he was normal - he didn't even have chipmunk cheeks! This is the place to have your wisdom teeth out!

Well my experience was good at the beginning when I got all 4 wisdom teeth out. The assistants were very nice and liked them better than Dr. Collins. He is hard to understand sometimes because he mumbles. They make you feel very comfortable. However, I would have liked them to explain more about how I was going to feel afterward, and when the numbing would go away. I did not have any pain afterward. However, it has been 12 days since I got all 4 impacted wisdom teeth out and I am still numb on the bottom left side of my chin and part of my lip. The answering service was not very nice, very rude. But Dr. Collins did call me back both times, when I called in on the weekend. He said the numbness might take 2 weeks to heal, it might be a bruised nerve. I would have like to known this before I got home, when I was expecting the numbness to wear off my the first day. I have read stories of permanent numbness and I feel like this should be mention more before the procedure.

visited this office on June 30, 2010 and was treated with kindness by the entire staff. Debra made me feel as if I was her most important patient. I was also amazed by everyone's professionalism. Dr Collins checked with me often and made sure I was totally comfortable during the procedure. I recieved a phone call at home 2 hrs after the procedure from Dr Collins to make sure I was ok from the surgery. I would recommend Dr Collins and his staff to anyone needing dental procedures. Thanks so much for making my experience a good one.
