      Arrow Background Services and Investigations was founded in 1994 by Baltimore Attorney, Janine Szokoly. Ms. Szokoly envisioned a business that would allow her to work from home and care for her children. Little did she know, that Arrow would grow into a worldwide provider of background screening. Today Arrow is still operated and owned by Ms. Szokoly as she leads arrow into the future.
