I have been a client at this salon for over 4 years. I go to the Charlottesville location and the Crozet location. Each place I have had nothing but great experiences. Everyone there has always treated me well, and given me exactly what i've wanted. I would definitely recommend seeing any stylist there.

I had scheduled an appointment with their Crozet shop, and had to cancel because my 7 yr old became ill. I left a message first thing in the morning as soon as I knew, then called back later that day to reschedule the appointment for another day. I got yelled at for not giving proper notice, "and this is not the first time you have done this to us..." - which was a lie; we had just moved here! I went ahead and rescheduled anyway, since I didn't know where else to go, I desperately needed a haircut, and I believe in second chances. Well, my new appointment was for 9:00. No one even showed up to open the shop until 9:20. There was no apology, just the stylist commenting that she was late because she had stayed out late the night before. She did give me a good haircut, but I will never go back because of the way I was treated.

The hair stylists here are incredibly rude! On my wedding day they refused to give the mother of the bride a pedicure, when she had an appointment for one and then made my poor sister cry because they were so mean and continued to talk about her as if she were not in the room! AND-- they charge a fortune!
