I have been coming to this facility for six years. During that time, I have seen three management changes. The Quest management is the worse. They do not fix anything. There are two large mirrors in the back that have been broken for eight months. Many equipment pads are ripped or missing. Barbells are broken. The water fountain push bar is missing. There is dust on top of the equipment. I talk about the dust because it is inductive of an unkempt and mismanaged fitness club.. I have stayed because it is close to my home, but it looks run down now. I give it a below zero rating. I am going to cancel my membership if they do not get their act together.

Quest fitness is a horrible industry. They dont pay theyre employees and when they do the checks bounce.even a trainer who left the job giving proper notice and took his time to train the new employee still hasn't gotten his paycheck 3 months later. The owners are refusing to answer any of his calls or let him come pick up a p aycheck. Very unprofessional.

Great classes for seniors-great instructors- but I am very disappointed in the maintenance of the supplies in the ladies locker rooms. Paper towels have never been in the wall dispenser in weeks, and rolls of paper towels are put in only when requested. I am not sure if the machines are regularly cleaned. Sauna has been out of order for a long time.
