Hi All, please be aware of doing business with Granite Real Estate. The company is very unprofessional and does not live up to their words. The properties are not kept up or cleaned. The home that I viewed was filthy, plumbing didn't work and had previous tenants plungers and personal hygiene products. There was a liquor bottle on top of the refrigerator, dirty mop around back of the house, and animal kennel left outside. The agent stated that she just took over the property, but even then I would clean it up before showing it. She was very rude and had the nastiest attitude. I would not recommend her to the public, family or friends.
