Very disappointing. I drowned my iphone and needed to get a new one. I have insurance. The phone was 199.00 and, with insurance, a replacement phone was 169.00!~ I was told, "but it's a 600.00 phone." I don't care if it was a 1,000 dollar phone, a replacement should be less than this!~ On top of this, I'm told I'll receive an email telling me what to do to get a new phone. It was ridiculous in that I needed to make a copy, scan my driver's license, upload, fax it, etc. My printer doesn't work and I have no scanner so after trying to do this on my neighbor's computer, I gave up. I returned to the store the next day and was kindly helped while they completed the process for me. Bottom line, not all people have a printer and not all have a scanner. I should have been helped the day I walked into the store...............without having to return. Horribly frustrating. Two days without a phone and an 89 year old mother in Va. I couldn't reach.........
