The service is slow but they've always been polite in my experiences. What bothers me the most is the condition of the grounds. It looks like it's in the ghetto. I don't know who maintains the property, but surely they could do remove the weeds from the hedges and mulch the hedges as well as mow regularly. It's an absolute disgrace that this facility is permitted to look as badly as it does. It makes the surrounding areas (businesses and residential alike) look bad. Absolutely unacceptable for it to look the way it does.

The absolute rudest clerk I've ever encountered works here. Sadly, the other clerks are quite nice but the one young woman who acts as if she is so put-out to assist you taints the entire staff. She just adds fuel to the "what do you expect from a govt employee" argument.

They do not answer their phone. Everytime you call it has a busy signal. How can a government run agency do that legally? I will say, though, when you go inside they are efficient. You will not get a smile. The one up the road in Harrisburg is the friendliest post office. 100% of the time. Very helpful and always friendly.
