Requested a bottle of Trefethen merlot, which they did not have in stock. Left my name and phone number with the manager, who indicated that she would attempt to order it for me, and call me with a price and delivery date. Waited several days, and did not rec'd a call. I called and spoke with a 2nd rep, who also indicated someone would call. After 7 days, I still did not rec'd a callback. I called and spoke with store mgr, and indicated that I would have appreciated a call back as to the status of my order. She did not apologize for the lack of service and lack of followup. They will no longer receive business from me. Customer service is important to me, and it is evident that this store does not provide it.
