We bought gas there on Wed 7/25 a bit before noon. The car engine started shaking badly after we drove a few blocks. We had to get it towed to a car dealership. The dealership informed us that the gas was 90% water and only 10% gas. We stopped by the store today to speak to the owner. We explained the situation to the cashiers. The shift lead/manager there on Friday is an unreasonable guy. He refused to give out the shop owner cell number or call the shop owner so we can speak with him. He kept saying if you want to talk to the shop owner then you need to stop back around 1 to 2 daily to catch the owner to speak with him. I explained clearly that everyone has a job that they need to be at during mid day to make a living. I dont mind to set up a time to meet with the owner but he refused to listen.
This is one of many cases of bad customers service. We simply want a fair resolution to this situation versus making it big. If I am the owner of the shop then I would rather have my employees to call me if there is an emergency.
