Energy costs keep rising as well as our energy requirements for our high tech lives. How do we cut down on these costs while still meeting our energy and comfort needs? Sage Building Performance will find where you are wasting energy and design a customer specific plan which prioritizes up fit tasks that will save you the most energy while making your home or building more comfortable. In order to prioritize energy efficiency retrofit projects for a specific home, our company will perform a comprehensive energy audit which will highlight the areas needing the most attention. We will then organize and oversee the retrofit projects including: weatherproofing; sealing of attics and crawl spaces; installing insulation, radiant heat barriers, windows, storm doors and windows, and HVAC units. Once the work is complete, we will perform a quality assurance test-out procedure to make sure the retrofits were completed correctly.
