Dr. Stewart was responsible for reading for my breast MRI with contrast, and she concluded that both breasts were benign. It wasn't until I requested a second opinion regarding the recommendation that they made related to my cancer risks that Duke Cancer Center's radiologist discovered triple negative cancer in my breast. Duke's radiologist read the exact same images and discovered the tumor. I'm so thankful for Dr. Ruth Welsh's eagle eyes at Duke. I will now always request a second opinion of my results because not all doctors are thorough.
