      Would Not Recommend - Stood Us Up on Move Day!

      We scheduled our move with this company at least a month in advance. We also scheduled a walk-through appointment with the owner, Zack Vandenberg, so he could evaluate the needs for the move. On the day the walk-through was scheduled, Zack did not show up. I called him, and he said he was stuck out of town on business and did not have my telephone number with him. We rescheduled the walk-through. Zack did show for the next appointment after we called him to find out where he was, and he was still late. The walk-through went well, and Zack gave us every indication that he could handle the move with no problems. He said his movers would be at our house on the scheduled day at 7:30 AM, but he would call us beforehand to confirm. The day before the move we called Zack twice, because we had not heard from him. We left messages that we were calling to confirm the time of the move, since we were no longer living in the house and had to drive there to meet him. He did not return our calls. The next day, the scheduled move day, we were at our house at 7:00 AM. By 8:30 AM, the movers still had not arrived. We called and left a message for Zack wanting to know what happened. He never returned our call. I would not recommend this company!
