Avoid this company.Perfect House Cleaning, Inc. is owned by Olga and Maria, a mother and daughter team. Olga, the mother, makes all the decisions but you cant communicate with her since her English is limited.Maria came to my home and quoted a price which was reasonable. The initial deep cleaning is $50.00 an hour and the two cleaning girls did a thorough job. Two items were damaged and the girls did not mention this to me, which is wrong, but the company paid for half of the repairs.After the next regular cleaning the company informed me that Marias quote was wrong and I would have to pay $60.00 more per cleaning. I agreed but did not like the fact that the original quote was not at all accurate. I was told the same two girls would be cleaning my home every time but this is not true. Each time there was a new girl in the crew. The company cleaned my home several more times but the last cleaning was not as thorough. You must have your home cleaned on their schedule and not yours. If you deviate from their schedule you will be charged more money. I advised Maria by telephone that we would be out of the country for most of the month of February and to skip Februarys cleaning. She acknowledged this. When I returned for a few days in mid-February there was a telephone message from Maria. She said the girls had come to clean my home and I was not there. This was followed up by an e-mail stating I owed the company $60.00 for their time. Maria never told her staff to cancel my February cleaning and I was expected to pay for Marias mistake. I called and e-mailed Maria several times to get this straightened out and Maria never returned my calls or answered my e-mails.These people are not honest and they will not communicate with you. There are many other cleaning companies out there STAY AWAY FROM PERFECT HOUSE CLEANING.
