Park Inc has a fanastic valet service at the Charlotte Douglas Airport. I use them everytime I travel and couldn't be happier with their courteous staff.

We would like to share our experience with Parking Solutions on 10/01/2007. *Not on time because they got lost. We suggested for them to come prior to the wedding and they thought it was not necessary*Requested four valets and received two, of which one was late*Parked on grass where we specifically told them not to park*Over half our guests parked themselves*Charges were in question because they did not deliver the service we were promised - We were still charged, without notice*Management was not sympathetic, neglectful and unhelpful*Owner would not take the time to resolve this issueMy wife and I conversed through countless e-mails with area manager Bryan Kendall but got nothing accomplished. We got the feeling that they didn't care that our guests had to park their own cars and walk to our WEDDING. The main problem was they knew they did not provide the service that they were paid to do, yet they never reached out to us to try to resolve the issue.
