      This company has alot of pros and cons. They are not fair towards ethinic people and there is racism in that plant. Going by the payscale we are really getting short changed alot. The supervisors and managers have their pick of who they like and who they will hide things for. The only good thing is you can say is your co workers are good people to work with. I see alot of unfairness everyday in that plant and it goes unseen they just turn their heads like it didnt happen. This could be a better company if they would either send them to classes on mannerism or just get new management and supervisors. There is alot of conflict aand things really do need to change for the better of that place.
