Rude, very slow customer service. Each time I went a person told me I needed an additional paper for my title. I asked for a sheet that provided all the paperwork I needed to bring. I was told they don't have one...which is why I got a different answer each time I came back.

I was routed to dmv brookshire from dmv Huntersville to take waiver to brookshire blvd. Once I got to brookshire an officer sits at door and I'm thinking to address where to go in line. The officer never looks up he just either directed his head or point his finger to direct which line again never looks up. Lacking customer service. A customer is important no matter what side of the desk you're sitting. The whole time I sat there awaiting to get my paper work, others came in and the officer kept his head glued to computer. Now, realize we all have assigned work to do, however, if a customer ask question at least give the respect to acknowledge the person. I was very upset due to confusion of the instructions given to us from Huntersville dmv. However, thru my being upset the lady who appeared to be in training by another young lady were patient and both very respectful. This means a lot. So Mr. officer please take note on customer service. One day you may be on the other side

I just rated it as 1 star cause this is the lowerst, if there was 0 stars, I would have selected that, cause this is the worst DMV in the United States. Rude testers, half if not all of them go out to lunch and leave the people waiting for hours and they don't give respect to anyone, except one or two of them.A tester almost shouted at a lady because she mentioned that "she doesnt know how to push the gas pedal", and I believe the lady spoke to the manager and she was even more rude. I would suggest you go the DMV in Mount Holly/Huntersville or somewhere else, cause literally this DMV need to be cleaned up.
