i.e., A local favorGoing to this pet store was the biggest mistake that I and my husband have ever made!! We purchased a Maltese puppy from this pet store that has Giardia we have been to the vet three times and have spent over 400.00 in vet bills and we have only had the puppy three weeks. In three weeks he's had everything from a firm stomach to vomiting and even horrible diarrhea with mucus and blood coming out behind it and also a bacterial infection that caused him to strain and bleed more. On top of all of this I called about three days ago to ask about our puppys registration, I was told that it takes 90 days to come back because the breeder sends off that information once the purchase is made. So not only was I sold a sick puppy I was sold one that wasn't registered when I purchased it. As I was being told all of this information I then asked who was the puppy registered through and was told by the manager that she didn't know it depends on the breed of the puppy so then I ask

This was the coolest pet store i have ever been in. When i walked through the door it didn't smell. I was helped right away, and they were very informative. I had a snake that had burned itself, and i didn't know what to do. They gave me some stuff to put on him and it really worked. I have since set up a fish tank, and they really know what they are talking about. I haven't lost a fish:) I would recommend you go see this place. They have breeding boas, and all kinds of reptiles. Its even a nice place to take the kids. I thought the service was great and it was a neat store.

It's in a so so area of town. I walked in and it smelled really humid and musty. I looked around and saw some tanks, I was not impressed with the selection nor the prices. There were not too many tropical fish to choose from. I was also looking for a tank and chinchilla food.The prices for the food and other supplies wer too high. There were some dogs in a pen. One was pure bread. The prices were too much for a "designer" breed - in other words a mutt! It was cramped and did not seem at all what I had read on the internet. I won't go again. Highly disapointed.

I went there to look at the puppies they had available. I guess I didn't look like I could afford it because the person that was working didn't seem interested at all in helping me she even informed me that if I had one yorkie at home I didn't need to have another one. She even went as far to inform me that it would be more work for me. I thought that was none of her business. Anyway that lost them 750.00 and I saved 750.00. From now on this will be that LAST PLACE ON EARTH that I will ever go again. She was in a big hurry to get back on her stool and not because there were other people there she just didn't seem very customer friendly.
