This company Owner at OldPineville location was open to receiving my disappointed experience with one of his other locations, assuring me it was not his way of doing business and he would be looking into it. I was impressed right off, as many owners just brush your input off. Then he excelled further with his helpfulness and information to guide me and educate my small business needs. The location was a little hard to find hidden back in a L shaped shopping strip, 1/2 block south from Woodlawn on the right off Old Pineville road, but it is worth it to me to keep going back to his knowledge, kindness, great prices, and willingness to come up with solutions to aid your computer needs! Here's someone who knows how expensive others are yet still finds a way to get your broken screen, replace a monitor with plenty of choices, replace or rebuild a tower for your business and computering needs. Find him! There are not many in this area that are quality business people! You'll be giving him 5 stars too!

J & Y Computers is my new go to for computer repair! They were so helpful, J & Y truly saved my computer. He was able to fix my computer very quickly and a very affordable price. I went into J&Y after a competitor told me I needed a new computer. Right away he knew the issue and was able to fix it fast, it ended up just being a minor problem, and I am so thankful for the great help I received at J&Y. My computer is now working great and is running fast with no issues. He also gave me some great tips on how to keep my computer in good condition. Thank you for all your help!

Horrible customer service tried to charge me an extra $100+ for a charging port as he said that he had to crack my screen to repair. I spoke with 3 people prior to him and they didn't say this and one guy said $70 to repair my phone.

I have never had the type of service that left me compelled to write a review. J & Y Computers service was prompt, exact, pleasantly compliant, and the most impressive factor for me-profoundly concerned.

I would only recommend J & Y Computers for all computer services.

I would recommend they to anyone that needs there IPhone fixed. I took my IPhone 5S it was completely broken the screen popped out and when I walked into jy computers a young man that was polite and told me not to worry. They fixed my cellphone in less than 2 hours and it was like new. They did it for a great price also.

I will recommend this place to any one, owner is very polite and helpful. My Ipad screen was broken before & I got it repaired. Unfortunately it was not fitting correctly, so it cracked again and the person who fixed it said it needed a new case. John was able to fix the corners bend & I only paid for the screen. I live kind of far from the shop so he offered me to pick it up from my home & took it with him. My Ipad was repaired in one day as he said ( great service).

I took my laptop with a broken screen and 48 hours later it was ready for pickup. Great Job !

I am impressed! Awhile back I dropped my phone and the screen was shattered. I got referred to J&Y Computers by a friend so I decided to take his reference. I'm glad I did so, because they didn't just fix my cracked screen the same day; they even fixed my car stereo!! That's amazing. Have ANY electronic issues J&Y Computers is there to help!! 5Stars

I'm definitely keeping John's card on file as my go-to computer guy. Called him this morning with a burned out power supply, after calling a few different companies to compare prices. His estimate was MUCH lower than everyone else I called, and he met me at my workplace on my lunch hour and had my computer up and running in about half an hour. AWESOME.

I called and was immediately able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. My lap top needed "Cleaning and a tune-up" and my wireless printer needed to be reconnected to my lap top. Both were done in a timely manner. I asked for help in instructing me how to do this myself the next time and he slowly gave me instructions while showing me on my computer. I was extremely pleased with this service.

I had issues with my computer and did not know where to take it so I called a friend and he gave me the number of J&Y COMPUTERS. the did a great job with my computer .they did a excellent job thank you guys
