the staff and the owner were extremely helpful. They were particularly busy when I went but the gentleman there were very attentive and nice. The place is HUGE, lots of choices you can get lost and confused but they have plenty of associates to help.
Ian did a great job explaining things and helped with my purchase of a benelli m4. I even got to observe the gunsmith put the gun together out of the box. Great people and good customer service!
