I've been a customer of this establishment for over two years and cannot say enough good things about it. The place itself is clean - inside and out - and well kept. The people are nice and friendly. The tanning units are clean and I have NEVER seen a bulb out. The prices are extremely reasonable, comparative to other tanning salons I have been to. If there is ever a wait (I've only seen it happen just a few times over the past 2 years), it isn't long at all. In fact, I have been offered a free upgrade to alleviate the wait a time or two. How's that for customer service? There are periodic promotions and I suggest folks take a look at those! I should also speak to the fact that I have had a discrepancy with billing, but it was no big deal. The manager was more than willing to correct it and did so quickly and without issue. There's a reason I've stayed with this salon for so long... and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon!

i.e., A local favThese people are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! DO NOT GO TO HOLLYWOOD TANS!!!!!! None of them know what they are doing and they constantly screw up your account and screw you out of money! Every time I went in there no one could give me an answer on anything! All they know how to do is say "you're ready in room 1!!!!" If you ask to have something changed on your account, all they tell you is "I can't do that, I will have to have the manager do it later" ... and guess what! It NEVER gets fixed ... EVER!!!! Only 1 person has complete access to your account and could care less if your request is seen through. These people have no common sense at all and will find any way possible to scam you!!!! Unfortunately on here I have to rate 1-5 stars to post my comment, they don't even deserve -100. Pathetic!!!!!!!!!
