General Info

I come from the countryside of Jamaica in the parish of Trelawny. I spent 28 years there with my mother who taught me how to cook at a very young age. Now I am bringing a little bit of Jamaican cuisine to you. It is my dream to come to America and create a better life for myself and my friends & family back home. My childhood dream has become a reality with Fidel's Kitchen. We built our kitchen to bring two worlds closer together and increase opportunities for Jamaican and American families.
