This has to be the SLOWEST Dunkin Donuts on the planet. The drive through moves at a snails pace as do the employees inside. Ever hear of having someone "pull up" if they have placed an order that is going to take too long. I have actually been stuck in that drive thru line for 10 min! Once when I finally got to the order station I was told "it would be better if I came in and placed my order". I love Dunkin coffee, but after today, waiting in the drive thru, to no avail and then getting out to go inside and place the order, having to wait, wait, wait and then finally after about 5 min. leaving...I refuse to spend any more of my money there!
The drive-thru is very convenient, fast, reliable, and friendly. The shift manager, Jarvis, has an awesome voice and personality. He makes the experience truly memorable every time. You can tell he humbly enjoys making you smile. Be sure to ask about "Jarvis" and leave a generous tip, He Deserves It.....I hear the pay is attrocious!!!!!!!!!
