Duke Energy International owns and operates power generation facilities and sells electric power and natural gas. Its primary focus is on power generation activities in Latin America. James E. Rogers has been the chief executive officer of Duke Energy for more than one year. He has been with the petroleum, oil and natural gas utility for over 18 years. Rogers earned BBA and JD degrees from the University of Kentucky.
