We entered 8/11/13, this Cold Stone at 2700 W. Mallard Creek Rd and there's an female employee asking to take our order as she keeps swinging her hair. We ignored her until she asked sone1 else. We got the lady we always wait for. I'm sure hairs was on the ice cream counter. We had sorbet, no toppings in order to avoid the possibly hairy table. Yuk! Sheila, in Charlotte NC
