Dr. Christopher Abernathy, born and raised in Winston-Salem, NC, is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at Carolinas Center for Oral and Facial Surgery. He earned his degree from East Carolina University and a DMD from Tufts University, where he received multiple academic awards. Dr. Abernathy completed his surgical training at Virginia Commonwealth University and has advanced expertise in wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, bone grafting, TMJ surgery, and cosmetics.
