Its products are used worldwide, in the low-volume production of machine tools as well as in the high-volume production of components for the automotive industry. The company s customer service staff works in tandem with Chiron service technicians in Australia and Germany to offer its customer support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A United States-based team of German and American application engineers manage the process of creating turnkey solutions. Its North American office moved the headquarters to Charlotte, N.C. in 1994, offering doubled the manufacturing capacity and raising its parts inventory.
