      Rolfing™ Structural Integration is a very effective and simple process oriented bodywork therapy that works as a catalyst for moving you out of your ruts and into the life you want to live. Many theories postulated about Rolfing SI have changed over the last several years thanks to science. We still don't have all the answers but the changes we see in bodies probably have more to do with re-wiring the brain via the skin than it does with molding fascia into some kind of idealized version of you.
