I called Bruce Air to get a price and see if they had my filters in stock. I was told a salesman had to give me that info and that he would call me back which it took him three days to do, then I was told it would take two weeks to get my filters, I called three weeks latter to see where my filters where and they said they had them but know one called me, when I picked them up the place was a mess, the lady who greeted me was nice, but the filters where the wrong ones, she called the salesman out of his office and he blamed it on his supplier? Said he would try to rush the order but it would be another week ! what a mess
