If i could give this location less than one star i would. this is the worst bojangles to eat in all of Charlotte and I'm saying this because I've ate at all locations in the Charlotte area. the customer service is horrible. the management complained when i asked for my food to be cooked fresh. the management complained in front of other customers without shame. the food was cold and not worth eating.
