Affordable Transmission saved my @$$ for sure! They re-built my transmission where as the dealer would have had me buy a new one. Do you know how much it costs to replace a transmission for a 2003 Ford Explorer 4-wheel drive? Well they rebuilt mine AND THEY DID IT RIGHT! So far this thing runs BETTER THAN IT DID WHEN IT WAS NEW! I am simply AWESTRUCK. Face it, its not going to be cheap working on these things but they quoted me a price and stuck to it even though when they pulled it apart they found they really underquoted me by almost a third of what it should have cost. Well they are men of their word and stuck to their original quote and replaced all the worn parts with brand new ones. They even new all the defects that are indigenous to certain makes and models and all the tricks used by the major transmission franchises to really rob you of your cash. They are honest, dependable and KNOWLEDGEABLE. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle had 30 years of experience under his belt.

Just because I was a woman he did not try to get over on me like other shops try to because I am a woman like they do all women.
