Founded in 1974, Heading Home is a full-service emergency shelter and support solutions provider. Located in Cambridge, Mass., the home provides a series of programs in the categories of family shelters, family housing, permanent housing partnership, women's drop-in program, congregate transitional housing and homeless to housing. Heading Home also offers an array of legal and other support services. It is associated with a number of organizations, including Executive Office of Massachusetts Community Colleges, Cambridge Housing Authority and University of Pennsylvania.
