I took this course when I was 18 years old, but didn't have the drive needed to be successful in real estate (or the little bit of money required to start). Now at age 31, I took the course from a local community college because of the evening hours, but attended the Spruce review for the test. It was such a big help. Anyone thinking of taking the real estate exam should attend Wade's one day review. I passed the test on the first try at age 18 and passed it again at age 31 on the first try. Wade's Way Works!

Very nice 10 day course. Got my license for fun and was a good prep course.

I had taken other prep courses for the state test and there was a reason I didn't need to take any others when I took Spruce's course. I wish I had simply stopped there first! I knew I finally knew it and it was easy with their wealth of knowledge.

I took this school years ago and STILL remember little stories associated with the key terms. If you want long term recall and the key to passing the state exam it's truly worth your time. Thank you Spruce!
