Females-a divorce, w/children, health problems, disabilities caused by domestic abuse resulting in job loss, married over 24 yrs to a man that was able to buy back his military time with marital funds, who worked in law enforcement, then as a Federal employee at Courthouse, giving him a Civil Service Retirement Pension, beware, it took him over 10 years to handle our case. He can't write an acceptable order for CSRS pensions. I paid him a very good sum of money. He was to represent me in my former spouses appeal to WV Supreme Court, which I paid him several thousand for, he himself never went, nor notified me of date or time, later former spouse asks if I had copy of the courts response. I never heard the hearing. He had over 14 scheduled calls w/me and never called, nor did his office to advise why. He delays everything to last minute, uses Motion to Reconsider instead of appeals to object, to protect you. No one calls back or answers email. DON'T USE! GET AWAY FAST! Before broke!

Very dissatisfied with this attorney. Paid him to do a job and we didn't even get a hearing. I do not recommend him whatsoever for any type of law services. Never returns phone calls and his office screens all calls for him. Very unprofessional and disinterested in our concerns. He made sure he got his $$ up front, though.
