About Our Company. Founded in 1992, RPM Engineers, Inc (RPM) was organized to provide clients with expert services at a great value. RPM began specializing in bridge design, analysis, rehabilitation, roadway design, construction engineering, and inventory inspections. We have grown substantially to offer a variety of other civil engineering capabilities as well as diverse expertise in construction engineering, inspection and material testing services for both transportation and commercial construction projects. RPM Engineers, Inc is a leading civil engineering firm with locations in Lexington and Myrtle Myrtle BeachSC; CharlestonWV; DublinOH; and Richmond, VA. We have over 80 employees, with more than 25 registered Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors on staff.
