I am so thankful I read these reviews. We to called for an estimate just a week ago. The man my husband spoke to said he would be there Thursday. He did not show up, nor did he call. AND he has never called back to reschedule! I seriously don't know how they stay in business. I'm marking this up as a blessing in disguise.

The worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. They give you a quote and then never show up to do the work or call. I have called several times after they don't show up when scheduled and they give me a new date and then don't show up or call. It has been since 12 weeks since I requested the work and they have never called or showed up.

Terrible service. Trying to get work quotes and prices for materials is like pulling teeth. They never call back like they say. I've called multiple times about putting up fence and get the run around.
I decided to use this company to put up a chain link fence. After getting a couple of quotes we went with McNiel because they had thicker wire and better prices. However - I am really regretting that decision. The representative was very unreliable and never called when he said he would - I always had to call him to get the status of the work crew and to get the date they would start - which changed several times. Our Rep knew we had a deadline for picking up our dog and he really did not seem to care about anything. Our deadline was today and his crew did not show up but he must not have even known or he did not care enough to call us. When I finally got a hold of him he just said that he did not know why they did not show up. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I hope this review helps someone else avoid the headache we have encountered. I'll have to wait to see if they agree to a discount when and if they finish, then I will post again.
