At this point in time there is absolutely no good reason why we cannot log in online and pay our bill without going through a third party and paying a fee to them. Also no reason why you have to have cash or money order to pay in their office. They should be equipped to take a bank card. When they leave to go home I bet they still Fred Flintstone their cars .

I totally agree with the previous reviewer here. They are inflexible and rude. I have no car and do not drive; yet, they insisted I appear in person to pay my bill which was late. I couldn't afford it at the time, nor could I afford to take a taxi to get there. If I could afford a taxi, I could have afforded to pay my bill. I had to plead for a few days extension and fax in an agreement stating I would pay in a few days. Never met anyone like this company, and hope to God I never will again.

Poor customer service - no flexibility - they finally got a way to pay online, but will not accept a confirmation number to verify payment even though there is no way to stop the payment after it is initiated. Typical of all monopolies as they know they have your business no matter what they say or do.
