On Dec 30 2017, I fell on sidewalk on Main St in Clay WV due to a dip in the concrete that had not been repaired following the flood of 2016. I broke my right knee, my right thumb and have had damage to my right eye. I was not wearing glasses until this accident happened. My eye has flashes like a fluorescent light flickering and I must now wear glasses continually. I wore a stiff brace on my right knee and did not move it for 6 weeks. The thumb was wrapped and healed on its own. I still wear a knee brace, due to pain as of Nov 24 2018. I am seeking to file a claim.
