      If Honda or Yamaha knew the service and sales the guys at Dohm provided they would shut them down as they are not customer related at all you can walk in and stand there & no one will wait on you I have a oil field service and was looking to purchase up to 25 atv's for my guys and when no one waited on me i went to the dealer that would wait on me and bought there. Never be back to that place again EVER.

      I bought my ATV from Dohm and I was not pleased with the service at the time of my purchase and it hasn't improved. I have taken my ATV back there for service and the last time I call back to tell them my ATV was running worse than before I brought it in and they did nothing to resolved the problem. They told me they were very busy and I could bring it back but they didn't know when they could get to it. Terrible customer service in sales and service.
