Me & my 8th grade class were suppose to go to Williamsburg Virginia for our final field trip with each other. We were suppose to wake up at 2 AM and go to the bus but got a call saying not to come to wait until 4 AM to go to the school. Arrived at 4 AM and the charter company said they could not send a bus that early. So we went home suppose to come back at 9 AM however we got a call saying that there was a problem with the insurance and it would be a few more hours. So we finally got a call from our principle saying it was actually canceled. Well we just assumed that we would get our money back and go somewhere else for our trip, and I did not mention that we sent ALL of our money that we made all year to the company and they were suppose to book the hotel rooms and buy the tickets for Busch Gardens, however neither the hotel or Busch gardens was ever called to pay for the rooms or tickets and we still have yet to get our money back. We too a 55 seat bus of Fifth Graders to Blennerhassett Island from Salt Rock Elementary. The Driver was amazing the bus was comfortable and all went as planned!! (Well except the sternwheeler was running behind put us an hour late getting home) The driver never uttered a complaint !!! Loved Loved Loved talking and working with Chris they took good care of us and will recommend!

My daughter was scheduled to leave with her class on a senior trip to Cedar Point in Ohio. They had arranged for 2 busses to take the class to the amusement park. The 1st bus arrived at 3:45 am. The second bus never arrived. The trip had to be cancelled due to Cavs Coach co. Not having a backup plan for such problems. It was said that the driver called in. I called Cavs Coach co. As soon as I told them the high school that my daughter attended, they hung up on me. More attempts were made to contact Cavs Coach co, however all calls were not answered. I was polite in my first call. Do not use this company. Check all the other reviews. Let's put them out of business!!

I have traveled numerous times only had a few minor bus issues overall I am pleased Trips r way cheap!!1
