William Hamilton has been engaged in the practice of law since 1985, handling civil and criminal cases in the SC Lowcountry including family law, personal injury, estates and criminal matters. He regularly appears in local municipal court, family court, the court of common pleas and the court of general sessions. He handles divorce cases, child custody, child support, injuries in vehicle accidents and legal cases involving land, wills and estates.
