A 2 car rule, they bug you about everything, to many damn rules just to be in the slums

Ive lived in Saddlebrook for a while now as well and I think that ARC has not done much to make this place better. The drainage has been fixed but it took over 5 years of complaints and half of the neighbor hood has been repaved like the whole neighborhood needs to be. But there is a big dip on the half that was paved which is brutal even at 5 mph. The other half just continues to get patched. Your not allowed to change your own oil or do any maintanence on the lot that you are paying for. They do not take responsibility for any maintanence on the lot without arguing your case. I own my home and They constantly try to tell me what I can and cant do in MY HOUSE. If I was renting a home then yes you make the rules about the house but Im not.Rent is now 380... when i moved in it was like 200.I could get an appartment for 500 with water and sewer included. It is way over priced for me to be paying for the same lot for ten or more years when the lot has not changed and unimproved community.

This place is a joke! Rent is sky high. Nothing advertised is for amenities is given. The characters that live here, half rent, which is against the rules, own pit bulls which is against the rules and is against the Dorchester County laws. There is never a manager who actually takes action on situations, rather just sits and wants to justify everything or say lies that things have actually been taken care of but when you go and check on it, nothing is still done. Loud music is a horrible problem, drugs is another big problem, loose dogs everywhere, people speeding, not regarding pedestrians. This used to be a great park until it was sold to a bunch of money hungry creeps who dont give a lick about the people, just come and look for yourself.

I have lived here for over 12 years now and I want OUT! Rent was at $155.00 when we moved in. Tamsberg sold it and then it was sold to ARC. The rent has more then doubled. $348.00 for nothing more than lot rent. They can't keep up with the vandles, drug dealers, or hardly anything else. Choose a place not owned by ARC. They are all about money and nothing more. Buisness is just that, but when you live there, it should be a little more. My rent is always paid on time. Up keep can't be that bad with over 400 units at over $300.00 a mo. ARC when you read this, I hope you see your issues and fix them once and for all.
