Stopped into this cute French style wine shop with wooden tables and a European looking bar on Valentine's Day for a bottle of wine and small snack! It reminded us of our honeymoon in Paris, so we were not disappointed-it was very romantic! The proprietor recommended an inexpensive bottle of Chilean red wine, that was so delightful and interesting in that it was made with a grape we were not familiar. There's a $10 corking fee, but the wine was only $10, so it was still reasonable. We then bought an extra bottle to take back to our hotel, and we might stop by to pick up another bottle to bring to friends we'll be staying with. Other couples chatted with us about where we were from (Boston), made suggestions on where we might want to visit (they lived in the area), discussed their wine selections, and just relaxed enjoying themselves in a small cozy room lined with wooden shelves, wine bottles, and French art.
