Have to give Ed a 5 Star rating. I'm from out of town and my Baby Lock had a problem with dog feed - or so I thought. He told me what to try and if didn't work bring it in. It worked fine and I am able to continue my project. He was extremely helpful and I'm very grateful not having to spend money or drive into Charleston. Thanks Ed.

I drive almost two hours here for service on my Babylock machine. I have never had anything but the very best service here.

Contrary to the other reviewer, I had the exact opposite happen to me. I bought my Elna Pro5 ther almost twenty years ago and it had been bad in their shop for one problem or another so this time we wanted to purchase a new model. The person (I am thinking he is the owner) seemed to be too busy to show us anything new and insisted on "fixing" my old machine. Needless to say it still isn't working right. Now I am looking elsewhere for a machine. Do NOT patronize this store.

The owner told me my Singer sewing machine could not be cleaned or repaired due to a cracked cam stack. I just received confirmation from Singer that there is NO cam stack in my machine type. This guy just wants to sell people a new machine. Do NOT patronize this shop.
