I ate at Husk at the recommendation of a friend. It was FABULOUS. I travel all over the U.S. and eat at fine dining restaurants all the time .... I can honestly say this experience stands out from numerous others. The pork butter was savory and delicious (butter and rendered pork fat whipped together), duck confit was succulent and perfectly prepared, the sweet potato soup was like velvet and over all I cannot wait to visit Husk again.

Don't bother with this restaurant. A real disappointment. Food lacks flavor. The items that were supposedly wood smoked lacked any flavor at all. Also the chicken was undercooked and the steak was miniscule. Despite this the food is expensive. When we complained about the undercooked chicken, we got a song and dance and no apologies.
Husk was recommended to my daughter and in during a cooking class. I understood they used local grown/supplied ingredients, therefore I wanted to support it. AWFUL!! they brought us two rolls with "Pork Butter". This was butter with pork grease in it (per our server) Extremelly saltly. We ordered the cheeseburger that had been previously recommended...floating in grease!! It came with a side of potatoes which were ok. I wish them all the best, but I would not go there again.
