The owner (blonde female) was rude. Her own salesman apologized for her twice. I will never shop there or recommend her store.

Very very rude! Called to find out how much my costume would be and she told me she was busy I needed to come in and check. If I wanted to waste the gas to drive there and check myself I wouldn't have called!

we went 1 time and the people were rude, the place was gross, and it smelled nasty...... we do not shop there. Also, the costumes are worn out, open, and dirty.

I ordered a Gorilla Gram for a co-worker. It was a rush (I called at 4pm the day before I needed it), and they were incredibly helpful. On top of that I called that morning and asked if they could show up earlier then we had agreed. Both the man at the store and the performer were very professional and helpful. The surprise was a hit! The performer was fantastic and worth every penny. He never lost character and make every laugh the entire time. I highly recommend this store.

I disagree with the person who gave this place a negative review. Yes, it's off of a busy road, but a lot of places in Charleston are off of a busy road. Second of all, the costumes are expensive, but they are worth it. I spent between fifty and seventy dollars on a nurse's costume and then the same amount on a pirate costume. But I have worn them more than once for Halloween parties and got a ton of compliments. Finally, they do have a "bouncer", but it's only because of the fact that there are so many shady people trying to steal things these days. All he does is check your bag to make sure the receipt matches the merchandise. Anyhoo, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cute Halloween costume.

Poor customer service, dirty overpriced costumes, bouncers at the door, horrible parking on a busy main road. what more could you ask for?
