I purchased a 2004 Mustang Cobra from Hendrick, March 1, 2012. After leaving the dealership that evening, I tried the CD player and it wasn't functional. The next morning I returned to see if a technician would check it out and they did; it was DOA. Amazingly I was told that despite purchasing the car AS IS, they would repair or replace the CD/Radio. Months later, I located a Ford dealer in Daytona, that would get it. I contacted Chris at Hendrick North. Six months after getting the car, I received a check from them for replacement. I was astounded with the character and honesty. I'm not only pleased with Hendrick, Chris, Rocco, Felicia, Shawn, Craig and Tommy, I'm pleased to be a customer of theirs, after all I did drive from Miami to N. Charleston to get the car. Happily, the new CD/Radio is now in and working perfectly. Although that's important, the real issue is the integrity of not just Hendrick, but the staff as well. I couldn't be more pleased.
