- ArthritisInfusion therapy services are available onsite for administration of certain medications which may be used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, lupus, and osteoporosis. Our infusion center is staffed by registered nurses who are ACLS certified and skilled in administering infusions.

- Primary CareOur physicians are all board certified and experienced rheumatologists, dedicated to providing excellent care, often in coordination with our patients' primary care physicians and other specialists. Our office incorporates in-house lab services and infusion facilities.
- Internal MedicineGeorgia Roane, M.D., who is originally from Louisiana, moved to Charleston in 1990 to complete her postgraduate training in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. Dr. Roane joined Rheumatology Associates, P.A. in 1995 and continues to be a very active partner in the practice.
- UltrasoundMusculoskeletal ultrasound imaging is useful in certain situations as an additional resource to allow earlier and more accurate diagnosis. Also, it can be used to guide some aspiration and injection procedures.
