Alec DeCastro, MD, is board certified in both family medicine and sports medicine. He has extensive training in the non-operative management of musculoskeletal problems, from acute injury through rehabilitation, and is trained in the use of musculoskeletal ultrasound for diagnostic and treatment purposes. Dr. DeCastro provides the full spectrum of family medicine in both outpatient and inpatient settings and has experience in urgent care medicine. He is a flight surgeon and practices aerospace medicine with the USAF Reserves.
