Provided by YP.comOmigod these guys are ROCKSTARS! My computer was fully infected to that point where they reached their 4-hour cap, and after the clock stopped, they didn't! Sheila actually continued on for another 2 hours (free for me & she was still getting paid) to backup all my data and reinstall Windows on my brand new laptop. Then she transferred all of the clean pictures, documents and music and video and made sure I could get into my email and printer etc. worked before leaving. I GIVE 1 MILLION STARS!!!

Speedy service, cleaned out all the infections on our office's computers and patiently let me sit beside her and ask her all kinds of security questions because I have no idea how complex this can get. they offer a great service where they remotely manage the security on any computer that has an internet connection, and when there is no internet, they will come out on-site an unlimited number of times as long as our contract is valid! thanks for your help, Rachel!

Provided by YP.comI have an annual Managed Services Program with this company, and when my laptop started acting funny while on vacation in Costa Rica, they were able to login and correct this issue in less than half an hour! Lifesavers, they are.

Provided by YP.comWithin a half hour of my call, a technician called me to confirm an appointment. Arrived on time, fixed my infections and even stayed an extra (free) 20 minutes to explain to me how to use my security. We then had to call the manager to confirm my satisfaction and I was delighted to give 2 thumbs up for his timeliness and accountability. We are regular fans now!

Provided by YP.comARRIVED EARLY, STAYED LATE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE TO TEACH ME A FEW BASICS. MATTHEW WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND QUICKLY REMOVED INFECTIONS FROM MY COMPUTER AND SETUP MY WIRELESS ROUTER CORRECTLY, BECAUSE AT & T FAILED TO DO SO. BEST OF LUCK TO A GEEK TO GO! WILL DEFINITELY CALL AGAIN.
